adequate stay
free parking helpful staff mold smell clocked sink
the hotel staff offered assistance. receptionist raouf was especially helpful. the breakfast selection was good and free valet parking was available. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
the sink was clocked. there was a smell of mold. my room was broken into.

comfortable bed amazing breakfast small gym hotel location
the room had a king size bed. this bed was very comfortable. i also liked the immaculate cleaning. the breakfast was amazing and had options for every taste. the products had good quality and were presented well in the buffet.
the gym was very small. the hotel location was far outside. i felt this situation was inconvenient. only the souk was nearby.

Acceptable, yet Underwhelming Experience
long wait times small elevators
The room was spacious, helpful for spreading out my belongings.
The elevators were a real problem. There seemed to be only two small ones servicing many floors, so the wait times were ridiculous! One morning, I waited almost 8 minutes just to get down to breakfast. It seemed like a waste of precious time.

my stay included breakfasts with a great choice and fresh options. the rooftop pool AREA had good sunbeds. staff like saber are helpful and good.
elevator is SMALL. air conditioning was not consistent and difficult to adjust.

I found the staff very helpful and polite. the room was spacious and clean. I was happy about that. the hotel's location made it easy to get around. It was perfect. the breakfast had a great variety. I enjoyed it so much

The hotel features a well-equipped gym with treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. It's pretty complete. i noticed the outdoor pool has a sun deck with comfortable loungers and parasols. there are also separate male and female saunas.

My room included a king-sized bed with premium bedding, which seemed like a dream! the bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub. I found it pretty spacious. i also had a work desk with an ergonomic chair. That helped a lot.
